This is a beautiful forest with over 40 miles of trails. The trail with the Giants is definitely the most popular. Once we saw all 3 giants, walked around the lake, we took a different trail back to the visitor center.

Bernheim is celebrating its 90th Anniversary in a GIANT way through a new art exhibit called Forest Giants in a Giant Forest. Internationally renowned Danish artist Thomas Dambo will be at Bernheim from Feb 20 – March 18 creating giant larger than life sculptures made from recycled materials. He will create three giants.

All are happy and healthy, and excited to meet Bernheim’s visitors! The Forest Giants in a Giant Forest are expected to call Bernheim home for at least three years.
